Dear parents/carers and children,

Welcome back!  I hope you've had a fantastic summer and are eager to be back. Our first topic is Blue Abyss where we will be investigating different creatures of the oceans and other interesting facts!

Miss Castlehow - Class teacher

As this is my first year teaching year 3 and I am very excited to get stuck in with my new class. My favourite subject is science as I love to experiment and make discoveries about the world around us. When I have the time, I enjoy reading novels and watching movies at the cinema.

Mrs Nixon - Teaching assistant

have worked at Hatfield Woodhouse for many years now, in many different year groups. My favourite subject is music, I lead whole school singing and mix traditional songs with more modern hits. I also hold choir and recorder club, at times I think it will never come together, then finally it all works out and sounds beautiful.I have had the pleasure of taking the choir to many concerts small and large over the past few years.
