Dear Parents/Carers and children,

Welcome to FS2! Home of the perfect pandas, Mrs Kantecki and Mrs Brooke.  I hope that you've all had a fantastic summer and are excited to be starting school full time!  I know that I am really excited about getting to know you all and making a start on our topic this term.

Mrs Kantecki - Class teacher

I have been teaching at Hatfield Woodhouse Primary School for the last 7 years, first of all in year 2 and then in FS2.  My degree is a BA (Hons) in Early childhood studies, so foundation stage is where I belong!  I can certainly say that it is fun, one day is never the same as the last! I am married and have one daughter, who is 15.  She came to this school too and loved it.  In our spare time as a family we enjoy looking after all of our animals (we have dogs, chickens, goats, ponies and a horse!)  cooking and going on holiday.

Mrs Brooke - Teaching assistant

I have worked at Hatfield Woodhouse Primary School for almost 20 years now in many different year groups, although foundation stage is where my heart is!  I love to see how the children grow and develop as they learn lots of new skills.  My children came to this school and now all of my grandchildren do!  In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking and dancing.
